Unlike mechanical or stamping process, photo etching will not create any burrs or deformation during the production. This process is ideal for manufacturing precision screens and filters with tight tolerance and dimensional stability.
Photo etched screens and filters can be stainless steel, brass, aluminum or other alloys. They are widely used in hydraulic valve screens, fuel filters and extruding screens and medical equipment.
